Yes, this is a huge, square scarf made of Pure Wool. It is also a lot more than that to the “right” buyer.
This scarf comes from Poland’s highest mountains. It was made by the locals and as such it could be considered a piece of ethnic textile art. A Goralska Chusta like this one is a part of the locals’ ethnic costume. Years ago, scarves like this were made of Pure Wool called “Tybet”. (I wouldn’t know whether it might be a type of Cashmere or not.) There are many acrylic and cotton imitations of the original Goralska Chusta mass-produced today, this ISN’T one of them; this is the REAL THING.
