We describe each item, including its attributes, size and condition accurately and in good faith. Our condition ratings range from 1 to 5; 1 being perfect and 5 heavily used. If you purchase an item described as 1 or 2 and find that it has (by some freak accident!) any problems in terms of damage or signs of wear, will be glad to issue you a full credit (less shipping cost, of course). We don't offer items that are damaged, on the rare occasion that it might be the case the items' deficiencies are clearly described. Because our rating system describes varying degrees of use precisely, we provide NO refunds or exchanges for items rated #3, 4 or 5. Items in these categories are being sold "as is".
